These cancellation terms and deadlines apply to ALDI TALK.<\/h2>\n

Unlike other mobile network providers, ALDI TALK\u00a0no explicit notice period<\/strong>. The provider plays a role\u00a0Only the form of termination plays a significant role.<\/strong>. The period during which the mobile phone contract is considered terminated also varies as follows:<\/p>\n

  • Letting a prepaid contract expire: <\/strong>If you don't top up your credit, your ALDI TALK SIM card will be automatically deactivated after a certain period of inactivity. If your initial credit is used up and you don't top it up again, the card will be deactivated after 12 months. With a credit of \u20ac5, the inactivity period is 4 months. With \u20ac15, it's 12 months, and with \u20ac30, it's 24 months, after which your card will be deactivated. However, you will still be reachable for two months after the end of each period. Any remaining credit on the SIM card expires three years after deactivation. To have your remaining credit paid out before then, it's best to contact the ALDI TALK service hotline. Please note, however, that the payment can only be processed in full once you have returned your SIM card to ALDI TALK.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Actively cancel your prepaid contract: <\/strong>Actively canceling your contract is especially important if you want to keep your phone number and don't want to wait for a specific period for your prepaid card to be deactivated. Since ALDI TALK plans have no minimum contract term, you're always flexible when it comes to cancellation.
